Mangrove Jack Large 1.8kg - 2kg

The Mangrove Jack is of the same lutjanes family as the Crimson Snapper.  Its flesh is tender and sweet.  It can be steamed, grilled, baked or pan-fried.  A 'must-try' for all fish-lovers.  (Free service: upon request, we can fillet the fish and pack the 2 fillets and head+bone separately, or cut the fish into 2 head/tail cooking portions.
