Extra-Extra-Large Golden Snapper with even more of its goodness to savour.  Its mild-flavoured white flesh makes it suited for both Asian- and western-style cooking.  This fish has a firm, moist texture - good whether steamed, baked or grilled.  (Free service: upon request, we can fillet the fish and pack the 2 fillets and head+bone separately, or cut the fish into 2 head/tail cooking portions.
