This fish is of the samelutjanesfamily as the Crimson Snapper, but its flesh is more tender and sweet. The moist, flaky and mild-flavoured flesh makes the Mangrove Jack a hit at the table. It can be steamed, grilled, baked or pan-fried. A 'must-try' for all fish-lovers.
